The 35-year-old actor sings the track 'City of Stars,' which is featured in the first trailer for the movie.

Justin Hurwitz was born in the year 1985 on January 22nd in California by Gail[nee Halabe]. He is a television writer, Ballet dancer, American film composer. And also, a registered nurse which as composed many music sheets such as Mia and Sebastian’s Theme sheet music.
Justin’s family was from Poland, Russia, Beirut in Lebanon, and Damascus in Syria (Jewish). All his family relocated to Wisconsin in the year 1998, where he schooled at Nicolet High School in Wisconsin.
Justin also attended Harvard University, where director Damien Chazelle was his roommates. At then, they both associate on a student film, which may become “Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench,” and released in the year 2009.
